Experience
Marissa Denison is an associate attorney at PVF, focusing on complex civil litigation and transactional matters.
Marissa earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2024. While in law school, Marissa served as an active member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board and the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Society.
Before joining PVF full-time, Marissa worked as a Summer Associate at the firm during her 1L and 2L summers, and gained experience clerking for the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s Office.
Since joining PVF, Marissa has participated in a four week trial that resulted in a significant 7-figure win for our international client.
