Biography
Hickmon H. Friday III is an Associate Attorney at PEREZ VAUGHN & FEASBY
Inc., where he represents clients in both litigation and transactional matters across a
range of industries. He brings a practical and detail-oriented approach to each case,
with a focus on helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal issues
efficiently and strategically.
Originally from Texas, Mr. Friday moved to San Diego to pursue his legal career. He
earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he developed a strong
foundation in business and commercial law. He also holds professional certificates in
Business Law and Financial Compliance from the University of Southern California and
earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Texas A&M University School of Law.
Prior to joining PEREZ VAUGHN & FEASBY, Mr. Friday honed his legal skills at firms
focused on litigating derivative actions, business disputes, and contractual matters. His
experience includes representing clients in both state and federal court in a wide range
of complex commercial litigation matters.
